Does Science Equal Truth: Part II
...the world is as religious/spiritual as ever and shows no signs of slowing down.
Justin began his faith walk earnestly at the age of 14 after attending a youth conference. From that day forward, Justin’s life changed dramatically. Every previously conceived plan or idea about what he wanted to do with his life was jettisoned, and he began to seriously study the Bible. Ever since he came to faith, he has been obsessed with knowing the truth of God’s word and learning how it applies to real everyday people. He also enjoys the occasional moments where he gets to preach and teach and also serves in his local church’s worship band. Justin is married to his wife of 12 years, Lisa, and is the proud father of two boys Elias and Adaiah. He enjoys sharing his passions with his boys, reading comic books, playing video games, and occasionally nerding out with friends (there is a reason this website is called The Nerdy Theologian). Justin is also working towards a Ph.D. in Bible Exposition, having already attained an MA in Theological Studies and BS in Biblical Studies.

Without exposure to other ways of thinking, a K-12 education will make you and your children effectively indoctrinated into a myth even more pervasive than the boogie man.
In some ways this post is confessional. I have lately been telling myself that I need to begin following my own advice…
Yet, it seems many people are far more fired up about a Supreme Court nominee, a religious freedom order or famous politicians showing friendship and favor toward Christian leaders, churches and organizations.
There is no such thing as a “lesser evil”. There is only evil and good…know that if you chose an evil, that you still chose evil. It is not better to look at porn and pleasure yourself than it is to fornicate with a hooker on the street. Both are evil and we should participate in neither.
